	LEO STRIJBOS

Leo Strijbos is CEO and shareholder of FalcInvest B.V. He is responsible for overall policy and the investment process, with focus on product development.

Leo was in the past managing director of asset management companies Fintessa, Mercurius Vermogensbeheer and Drie Koningen Effecten (now Keijser Capital). He also worked for Bank Insinger de Beaufort and Generale Bank Nederland (now Fortis Nederland), where his focus was also on development of new products.

	MARCEL VAN DOORN

Marcel van Doorn is Financial Controller and Compliance Officer of the FalcInvest Groep and also Director of FalcInvest Fund Management B.V. and FalcInvest Financial Services B.V.

Before joining the FalcInvest Group, Marcel worked for Deloitte for sixteen years, of which more than five years as a manager. He obtained his CPA degree in 1994. In addition to his functions within FalcInvest, Marcel is board member of the Dutch Association of Compliance Officers and has been a committee member of the Dutch Association of Asset Managers.

	MARCEL JANSSEN

Marcel Janssen is Director of FalcInvest Fund Management B.V. and has worked for FalcInvest since june 2002. He is responsible for the maintenance of the membership ledgers of the investment funds managed by FalcInvest as well as for client services.

Before joining FalcInvest, Marcel worked during the period 1997 - 2002 as financial advisor for ING Bank and Rabobank. He holds a Master?s degree in Economics from Tilburg University.
